• Deer Track is about understanding the land.
• A deer sighting is one piece of information.
• A track is another.
• Browsing tells another part of the story.
• Bark stripping tells you something different again.
• When these observations are brought together, they begin to create a bigger picture of deer activity across your land.
• That’s what Deer Track is designed to capture.

For Landowners See what’s happening on your ground. Register your land and give authorised stalkers and managers a shared place to record activity.

Gain greater visibility of:

• Deer sightings and activity
• Tracks and signs
• Browsing and bark stripping
• Damage to woodland and habitat
• Management activity
•  Patterns developing over time

For Stalkers Every outing tells a story. Record it.
Deer Track makes it easy to record observations while you’re out on the ground.

Your records help build a more complete picture of the land you manage — while contributing valuable information to the people responsible for it.

Observe. Record. Contribute.

From individual observations to a bigger picture.
We’re building Deer Track with a bigger ambition in mind.

Our vision is to create a connected digital record of deer activity across the landscapes where deer are managed, by bringing together the people who know the ground best.

The more landowners and deer managers who participate, the more valuable the picture becomes.

Our ambition is to help create a future where deer management decisions can be supported by better information, better communication and better understanding of what is happening on the ground.

Better information. Better management. Healthier landscapes.

Our goal is to make deer management more connected, transparent and evidence-led by giving landowners and deer managers the tools to understand what is happening on the ground.

We believe good management starts with good information.

Deer Track is designed to help people work together, record what they see and build a clearer understanding of deer activity and its impact on the landscapes they manage.

We’re starting with a simple idea:
Every observation adds to the picture.
